Lisa Guerrero: Today is the DVD release of Lisa's award-winning family film A Plumm Summer. You can pick up your copy at all of the usual outlets like Best Buy or Target. Lisa should be working on her production company's second film right about now as well. You can also find her sports blog from the Los Angeles Times here.

American Cancer Society
: Volunteers are still needed for the 2009 Anthem Blue Cross Southern California Invitational on May 18th at the Riviera Country Club. The event features pre-tournament hospitality, a barbecue lunch, a 19th Hole Awards Reception with a live auction, in addition to a variety of deluxe amenities such as massages, swing analysis, and a gift salon. If you are interested in being a volunteer just shoot me an email and I'll forward the information to you. Volunteer forms must be turned in by this Friday, May 8th.

Ecolounge
: The next Ecolounge is on May 21st at 7:00 pm at ARBOR (102 Washington Blvd. Venice, CA. 92092). The event includes a screening of Transworld Surf's - "A Fly in the Champagne" and has guest speakers:

Derek Sabori - Head of Enviornmental Affairs for Volcom and author of Earth Bug Crew

Thomas Viscount - Director, Community Partnerships for Audubon

Musical Guest: Kevin Misajon

The event also has massages, green food, and complementary beer. Did someone say free beer!?
