I love sports. Period.
I spend as much time surfing and skateboarding as humanly possible. When I'm unable to do those I get on my treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike and burn off as much energy as as I can. Recently I discovered that surfing almost every day has gotten me in running shape, which I am really stoked about! I'm hoping to get a 5K under my belt very soon. Yoga has become part of my life in the last few years as well.
Fitness and health have been important to me for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories are doing those morning workout shows when I was quite young. In grade school, I received several awards for athletic achievements and had stints with high school basketball, track, and swimming.
I believe that every day should start with fresh juice that was made in my juicer followed by a 2 hour surf session.
