Costco Surfing Revolution? Is Costco starting a surfing revolution? The blue foam numbers that run for $100 are popping up on beaches everywhere. I even saw a group of teens with one last weekend. This is definitely growing the sport and, of course, some surfers don't like this. I don't mind sharing - the ocean is a big place and there is more than one place to surf in SoCal.
