It doesn't matter if it is on the phone, the internet, or in person - customer service seems to be dead.Apryl DeLanceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13529934915334202033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3987304731928669714.post-82693447835516042022009-07-28T08:55:21.781-07:002009-07-28T08:55:21.781-07:00What I don't get is how bad customer service i...What I don't get is how bad customer service is. It amazes me how long a business can ignore me when I'm standing right there. Even an "I'll be with you in just a moment" and a smile would be appreciated, but that doesn't happen often. With a bad economy, businesses should treat every customer like royalty!Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13963395707570608596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3987304731928669714.post-70749468319522769342009-07-27T16:25:25.334-07:002009-07-27T16:25:25.334-07:00I don't think it is the place - when I was in ...I don't think it is the place - when I was in college and grad school in the South I have true tales of horror about how people were treated (including myself). My hometown used to be the kind of place where you met new friends in line at the grocery store and could find courteous people that let you over when you had your blinker on. I think it is more a sign of the times. It was never like this until the last few 2 or 3 years.Apryl DeLanceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13529934915334202033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3987304731928669714.post-65725004087058722362009-07-27T16:22:52.777-07:002009-07-27T16:22:52.777-07:00I think you just live in the wrong place. I read about barbaric behavior and just glad I don't live among it.Janhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07145008534811435024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3987304731928669714.post-3467284801659595042009-07-27T07:52:45.704-07:002009-07-27T07:52:45.704-07:00Yeah - people do in their cars what they'd nev...Yeah - people do in their cars what they'd never do in line at the bank or store. My favorite is people on the freeway. "Just because you don't want to wait, doesn't mean you deserve to go off-roading and make the traffic jam even worse. Oh, and the carpool lane IS for cars where there are more than one person sitting in it."T.J.https://www.blogger.com/profile/09686063961881406987noreply@blogger.com
