Example, went to a location of a chain restaurant. It was late. We were one of three tables with people at it. The kitchen staff was basically socializing in the back, we could all hear them. Our waitress was a brat and blamed my order being wrong on the "fact that the chef hates" her. Yeah, isn't the waitress supposed to verify the order? Our drinks got refilled once. They were empty for about twenty minutes. <br /><br />I don't think I've returned to that location. I wrote on the corporate site and complained. Never received a response. So I try not to eat at that chain if I an avoid it.
